Sessions and memberships are non-refundable. When purchasing a monthly pass, your card will be debited at sign up for your first month’s sessions, then will be charged again monthly via auto billing on date of sign up. If you prefer, you can purchase multiple months at a time for your convenience. Monthly memberships are an agreement with recurring monthly autopay for a minimum of 12 months. In the event you need to change or freeze your account, please contact us via email within 15 days of your next billing cycle so we may serve you best.  Memberships cannot be transferred and are non-refundable.
